How we estimate (conservative defaults; all assumptions editable).

We compute avoided travel spend by multiplying domestic and international traveler counts by their editable unit costs (airfare + hotel × nights + per‑diem × days + ground). Locals are counted with $0 travel. Optionally, include productivity time saved (hours not lost to travel × fully loaded hourly rate). Nights & per‑diem can be auto‑calculated from event days using a conservative rule of (event days + 1).
